📄️ Adds delta measurements and calculates new usages based on these measurements. The entire batch needs to be valid to add new delta measurements. The following delta measurements will be rejected: - Measurements with negative values. - Measurements with a date in the future. - Measurements with a date before the usages settled date. - Measurements where the interval is smaller than the minimum allowed flow interval (1 hour for gas, 15 minutes for electricity). - Measurements where the until date is before the from date. If the calculation fails, the measurements will still be saved but no new usages will be created.

Adds delta measurements and calculates new usages based on these measurements.

📄️ Creates a new manually validated usage for a specified allocation point ID and period. This value represents the total expected usage for the given period and is used during settlement to validate the created usages. If overlapping periods exist, the previously created period will be discarded during the settlement validation. To correct a value, insert a new value with the same time range. The new entry will be returned upon successful creation.
